All sales are final. Nexyra Labs does not accept general exchanges. Refunds or replacements are provided only in the limited situations described below.
1. Eligible Refunds & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged or defective, the wrong product is delivered, or the shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, you may choose either a full refund or a replacement (your choice). We will issue one of the following when:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The product has a damaged or broken tamper-evident seal.
- The wrong product was shipped.
- The order was confirmed lost by the carrier per tracking records.
2. How to File a Claim
Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. To help us resolve your claim quickly, please email orders@nexyralabs.io and include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging when applicable
3. Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless Nexyra Labs made the error.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Returns or refunds are not accepted for:
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Products ordered in the wrong format, quantity, or strength
- Products that have been opened, used, unsealed, or otherwise compromised by the customer
- Refused deliveries
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer
- Customs seizure resulting from buyer misrepresentation
5. Do Not Mail Products Back Without Authorization
Please do not mail products back to us unless Nexyra Labs provides you with return instructions and authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by emailing us with the order number. Once a tracking number is issued, the order can no longer be cancelled.
