Payment information: processed directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Automatically collected: a random session identifier, pages viewed, referring website, campaign parameters, device category, product interactions, checkout progress, and order number. Our first-party funnel record does not store your name, email, phone number, or full IP address.
2. How We Use Information
- Confirm age eligibility (21+) and process orders.
- Communicate order status, shipping, and restock alerts you have opted into.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or misuse.
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Sharing of Information
We share information only with: (a) payment processors and shipping carriers as required to fulfill orders; (b) service providers under confidentiality obligations; (c) Google Ads and Meta when advertising measurement is allowed; and (d) law enforcement or regulators where legally required. Google and Meta may receive page, product, checkout, purchase value, and campaign-attribution events for measurement and advertising optimization.
4. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
Essential storage supports age verification, cart, checkout, and site preferences. Optional first-party analytics help us understand anonymous traffic and checkout drop-off. Optional advertising tools from Google Ads and Meta help measure ad performance and optimize ads. In regions requiring consent, these optional tools remain off until you accept them. Elsewhere, they may start automatically unless you reject them or use an applicable browser opt-out. Changes apply immediately and blocked events are not replayed.
5. Data Retention
We retain customer and order information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, comply with our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing orders@nexyralabs.io.
We honor applicable privacy opt-outs, including requests not to use information for targeted advertising. Your privacy choice record includes the decision, time, and notice version so we can respect and document your selection.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No internet transmission is 100% secure.
8. Children
