Analytical results only describe the tested material. Confirm the lot number on the vial matches the lot named in the report, and keep both together in your records.
Check condition on arrival
Inspect the mailer, the individual wrapping, the vial seal, and the cake or powder appearance on receipt. Record anything unexpected before the material enters your workflow.
