- Domestic (United States): USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground - typically 2-5 business days.
- P.O. Boxes: Accepted.
- International: Not available at this time.
3. Packaging
All orders ship in standard protective packaging suitable for lyophilized research materials. A signature is not required on delivery.
4. Storage on Receipt
Customers are responsible for appropriate handling and storage after delivery. NEXYRA does not provide product-specific storage or handling advice through this policy.
5. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch.
6. Delivery Issues
Report damaged, defective, or incorrect deliveries to orders@nexyralabs.io within 7 calendar days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for complete claim and lost-package handling.
7. Incorrect Address
Buyer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. Reshipments caused by buyer-supplied address errors are billed at standard shipping rates.
