1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods
- Domestic (United States): USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground — typically 2–5 business days.
- P.O. Boxes: Accepted.
- International: Not available at this time.
3. Packaging
All orders ship in discrete, unbranded packaging. A signature is not required on delivery.
4. Cold-Chain Handling
Lyophilized peptides ship at ambient temperature in sealed insulated packaging. BAC water is included where applicable. Upon receipt, refrigerate immediately at 2–8°C and reconstitute per sterile laboratory protocol.
5. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer once the package is accepted by the carrier.
6. Delivery Issues
Report any delivery issues to orders@nexyralabs.io within 14 days of the dispatch date. See our Refund Policy for lost-package handling.
7. Incorrect Address
Buyer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. Reshipments caused by buyer-supplied address errors are billed at standard shipping rates.
