5. Shipping

6. Returns & Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Due to the nature of research chemicals, returns are accepted only for products damaged in transit or shipped in error, reported within 7 days of delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexyra Labs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or products.
